      Pros

      Many of the people are nice to work with and the relationships that you make are everlasting. The overall product line options are great.

      Cons

      Leadership needs a lot of work. Support is not the best and there are a lot of personal agendas that supersede the company’s overall best interests. There are disparities across the departments and within the departments that sacrifice good people. The culture is not great and unless you are a favorite, you may or may not be supported or you may be targeted if you don’t fall in line with what others expect. Prepare to be overworked, underpaid and under appreciated. Work-life balance became non-existent and management viewed their personal lives as more important.

Has reliable pay and strong benefits, along with opportunities to develop skills and move into different roles over time. The work environment is fairly structured, which helps provide clarity and consistency, while still leaving room to be involved in more modern, innovative areas of the business. Overall, it’s a supportive setting where you can build experience, contribute as part of a team, and create a solid foundation for your long-term career. HR team is absolutely amazing!!!
