The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and values employee ideas. When you perform well, your work is recognized, which creates a motivating environment. I gained hands-on experience in financial packages for multiple entities, financial modeling, corporate accounting, month-end close, forecasting, business planning, MBRs/QBRs, operations, A/R, A/P, and strategic planning. This broad exposure helped me build a strong professional foundation. Teamwork is excellent, and colleagues and managers are supportive and collaborative.

None, only the workload can be demanding during busy periods such as month-end close and major projects. The pace can be fast, requiring adaptability and strong time management.
