Let's see. There's fair and regular pay. It means you get what you worked for. Decent benefits. A few genuinely kind colleagues.

Cons

It was an overall horrendous experience because of the disrespectful and unprofessional colleagues and managers who treated me terribly. This caused trauma and mental health issues in me that I had to quit to recover from all the awful things that happened to me here.

Company truck and phone for outside sales rep. Unlimited personal driving use. Planning your own day. Being blue collar will make you appreciate being here. I needed to relocate but would of loved to stay.

Cons

Requires exceptional planning and memory. Job requires thick skin.
