Pros

Still trying to find one. If I do, I'll come back and update this review.

Cons

If you're looking for a company that genuinely values employee well-being, this is not it. The work environment is already stressful, with limited flexibility and policies that often prioritize attendance over people. Employees somehow continue to deliver results despite these challenges, but the lack of empathy from the organization makes working here unnecessarily difficult. The recent heavy rainfall in Gurugram exposed exactly where the company's priorities lie. Despite severe waterlogging across the city, traffic chaos, widespread reports of flooding, and even an official advisory from the Gurugram Police urging corporate offices to allow employees to work from home, the company still expected employees to commute. Many employees raised genuine concerns about their safety and requested temporary work-from-home arrangements. Instead of taking those concerns seriously, the response was essentially that the situation was "not that bad." This was completely disconnected from the reality on the ground, which was being reported across news channels, social media, and by public authorities. A modern organization should be capable of making reasonable exceptions during emergency situations. Refusing to offer flexibility during a public safety advisory sends a clear message that employee safety is secondary to rigid attendance policies. This isn't about wanting permanent work from home. It's about expecting basic common sense and empathy during extraordinary circumstances. When local authorities advise companies to reduce commuting for public safety, employees shouldn't have to choose between risking their safety and protecting their jobs.
