Company is good in infra.

Cons

HR is a joke here, they will not anything for employee. Work life is a myth here, you would expect to work on holidays too. management is blind folded, they give a damn about employee personal life. deadlines are so tight for every team. you will be tested during probation by giving ample of work with out any KT. if you fail to deliver you will be fired no matter how good you are in your previous company. life is just a joke to this management here. just because they pays salary they treat you like a slave. seriously HR will not interfere or not hear any concerns of employees safety and happiness.
