Pros

There is none you treat like work horse who put out because your injury and replace.

Cons

When I was injured multiple times they never wrote reports or paid the medical bills it was billed to my work insurance which I pay myself. My boss did was mental abuse me on job and get away with it and never fired. When I settled a my injury case they still haven't pay me my money and left me injured with no money, no short term disability, no insurance, and workmen comp. They don't have workmen comp insurance
