Pros

Base Salary is okay from an MNC point of view. Not good, not too bad. Just okay.

Cons

- Duty hours are long 12 hours. Moreover, it is in day/night rotation. So no fixed off days like Saturday/Sunday. - Add in top travelling time of 3 hours to-and-from home. Hence, it is a job of 15 hours with no work/life balance. - Overtime/Allowances on account of extented work hours is not good. - Highly monotonous work - Have to work in confined lounge in a noisy environment for 12 long hours
