- Compensation - Infrastructure You can say you work for the DP World group.

Cons

No proper KPI / KRA Often change in Management with no clear focus on goal and deliverability No purpose in product development for the team No job security it is always hire and fire - even you are performer They show big having all products but they don't engage as one team. CFS will not support Freight and Port is a different team. All other businesses will not even respect each other. Lack of confidence is prime, and it will not help anyone to stay one of the low retention rate - average employee stays for 6 months Very bad culture to work, no support from any one HELL to work in a hostile environment.
