      It is the culture and the core values - Integrity, enjoyment, ever forward & uniqueness. Also, great co-workers.

      Cons

      MOst of the time you have to travel a lot, but it comes with my chosen industry. and sometimes you ed up in a bad job, which is not fun.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
