Pros

- Fantastic company culture of work hard, play hard. - Nepotism isn't a thing, which is shocking for the construction industry. -- - Transparency from the BULTs is great, although they can get exceedingly busy. - Performance reviews & feedback is systematic, which makes it easy to track career development. - Surprisingly heavy focus on employee training, personality fits and career development. - Company events are ridiculously fun and weekend getaways are a can't-miss.

Cons

- Some legacy issues: people who have long passed their prime are in positions where they're doing more harm than good, both to the projects and DPR's reputation remain. - Mobility to different sites or projects: not terribly sensitive to commutes or to requests for being put on regional projects. Project assignments can be random and may not make much sense at times.
