      Pros

      Worked for 2 years directly out of college, was such a good environment to learn in. Everyone was a team player to get the jobs done.

      Cons

      At times jobs could get very stressful, sometimes management wouldn't schedule projects as efficiently as possible.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
