Pros

I was personally treaded well and compensated for my hard work. Team events are regular and everyone on the team genuinely liked each other, and people do care. The office staff are some of the best in the region and DPR offers great training programs and started a great SMART goals program. They want you to be successful.

Cons

It's a GC so your going to work long hours and grind. There seemed to be a lack of effort on some staff; not doing their part while other carried the team, too much horsing around at times. There are staff (especially in the main office) that seem to float along and somehow get promotions and raises- that are mediocre at their job. I liked my PX's and direct supervisors, the leaders just need to pay more attention to why jobs are the way they are and why jobs are not being won.
