Pros

The treatment of employees is exceptional. One of the coolest parts about DPR is their willingness to find a plcae for you in the company, even if itd not your current role. They provide a lot of events for employees and families as well. As a company, they try very hard to hire people with a modern approach to construction.

Cons

Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because as follows. Remember, it is construction. Long hours, weekends, late nights, high stress, minimal work-life balance. As a construction company, DPR truly is a 5-star place to work. My only complaint is their lack of training for new hires and people with little to no construction experience.

We appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts here on Glassdoor, and please remember your coach and local leaders are available if you have more feedback to share. We're really happy to hear that you are having a good experience at DPR. Construction is a demanding industry, which is why we work hard to provide best-in-class time off and wellness benefits that support our people in taking care of themselves when they need to. Training is something we are always working to improve so thank you for this feedback, we'll take it back to the team. Thanks again!
