Cons
They do background checks for management so they can never find managers. Expect to work 60-80 hours a week. No work, family balance! PTO is use it or lose it, so you will definitely lose it! No support from district manager, regional manager, HR, corporate or owners. Upper management will hire you anyone with a heartbeat and wonder why they don't show up for their first day of work. Little to no training at training store. No positive feedback. You only hear from your DM or RD when your doing something wrong.
