Pros

commuting expense is a nice benefit - that is the only pro I have to offer

Cons

Cliquey corporate office. Those who interview you, at corporate make the culture seem so wonderful and you buy into it. Then you find out the ugly truth. If your not part of the clique then don't speak up if you feel there is "wrong doing". Don't try to do your job they just want robots do what we say and don't stir the pot. DRT could be a GREAT company if management would take a good hard look and see the fearful and harmful environment that is the real culture.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments. It is unfortunate that your experience at DRT did not match our intention of being an employer of choice. At no time do we tolerate any form of “cliques” or the feeling that an employee may not speak up. DRT strives to ensure our culture is one of open communication, collaboration, inclusion, and provide a positive work/life balance. We will take your feedback and address these areas of concern. Thank you again for your comments as they help us to make DRT a better place to work.

Pros

I enjoy building solutions that are both practical and useful. The projects are interesting and keep me focused. Another big plus is the knowledgeable and supportive team. People share expertise and ideas when there’s a complex issue to tackle. We also have a smooth collaboration with analysts and stakeholders, which makes it easier to work efficiently.

Cons

Flexibility is important here, so be prepared to make quick decisions and adjust your plans as you go.

Pros

Individual project assignments came with clear scope. Management stayed out of the weeds on daily work.

Cons

• Every diversity training session repeated the same message about inclusion, yet nothing in daily operations reflected those promises • The leadership team looked exactly the same as when I was hired despite constant claims about bringing in different perspectives • Candidates from underrepresented backgrounds were hired but received far less mentoring and advancement support than others • Diversity initiatives were heavily advertised during announcement weeks and then completely disappeared once other priorities took over • Leadership positions repeatedly went to people from the same backgrounds despite having qualified candidates from other demographics available
