A recurring theme of these reviews is “cliques”. While I would not personally use that term, I agree with the premise. Examples are-- I was frequently left out of conversations relevant to the work I am responsible for completing; All customer interaction was filtered through a handful of team members; Emails to my team lead frequently went unanswered even after being sent multiple times; I did not have an opportunity to contribute to the success of the project despite repeatedly asking if there is anything I can do to help the team.
There is little job security at DRT and in my short tenure I witnessed layoffs while the company simultaneously hired new people. DRT takes a “revolving door” approach to growth, and has difficulty retaining people long term. It is easier to leave the company then to find another project internally.
