      Pros

      Good salary. Very good benefits. Decent work / life balance for finance. Many company events if you're into that kind of thing.

      Cons

      Firm has gotten very 'clunky' and slow moving as it grew - either things don't get done or they take forever. Partner disagreements, partner turnover, lack of ability to manage, and lack of understanding of today's markets are largely to blame for this. Very high desk costs relative to most prop firms.

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
