      COVID has certainly changed the game as we’ve all worked remotely to do our part to keep our communities and each other healthy, but we’re so proud of how our teams have come together. We can’t wait to more fully open our offices soon!

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
