Would not recommend for non-traders - Administrative Assistant DRW Employee Review

- No introduction to manager on the first day, had to set up the first meeting and introduce myself - No training, no introductions to the work or any necessary information needed to begin tasks - Assigned an isolated desk with no other assistants or coworkers nearby to communicate with, and manager often had too packed of a schedule to meet outside of scheduled times (2x a week, sometimes less) - No feedback, no guidance, no assistance to connect with others in the company to get questions - Not often personable, often ignored urgent questions, emails, messages, and deadlines
