Great place to work. Don sets the culture from the top in a very positive way. It is a meritocracy with little politics given the company's size.

Front office jobs can have long hours.
Speak with the partner you're going to work for. The company is big enough now that the different partners have different styles and personalities, and they are different enough you should know what you're getting into.

You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
