Every employee except the leadership team are great people to work with.

The leadership at this company struggles with structuring their policies and procedures causing it to make employees more frustrated because the new systems they implement the leadership expects employees to figure it out on their own causing processes to slow down. They want to grow into a bigger company, but they haven't solved the issues that hold them back like bad communication, and they've got to do better with compensating their employees because they want a lot out of you for little pay. Which makes their turnaround increase. They simply cant keep good employees.
