It's "normal" for every single project to run late regardless of how much time and resources are available. Staff is constantly exploited as a result of poor project management, planning, & internal communication.

Long hours. I was supposed to be part time but made me work full time hours and others would get upset leaving early. Deadlines are unreasonable. Lack of supervisor support in some instances. Some where working 7 day work weeks and 60+ hours a week at times
