Pros
In this field there are a lot of companies that are not as focused on the client as they should be, which is saddening. However, with this company I have found that it is so much more fulfilling than others, and the ability to build strong relationships with your clients is much easier. Not only that but the company takes great care of their staff as well and gives us multiple opportunities for a wide array of supports. Not only that but the relationships you can create with your clients families as well is so wonderful
Cons
Sometimes it takes a bit to pair you with a family but they are still really good about being on top of that. Most cons that come from this company come more from scheduling and the families themself. The ladies in the office are honestly the best
