Nice Culture and Talented People who are motivated to work in teams across geographies. Senior management understands the risks and trends in the Semiconductor industry

Cons

Slightly overworked. There was a shortage of resources due to sudden acquisition of NXP's cordless and IP telephony division in late 2007
