      Great company to work for! Supervisor was open to new ideas and was a great help in building my experience there.

      Pros

      401k is really good. They contribute an initial 4$, then 100% match first 4%, then 50% match the next 4%. hybrid work, people.

      Cons

      sometimes work life balance can be tough. Public does not like the company. Required to do feild work as an office worker when storms hit service territory.
