Pros
A good number of employees are bright; passionate about their work. Front-line supervisors mostly flexible regarding work schedule.
Cons
They won't fire anyone to save its life. There are several employees that are more trouble than they are worth. These folks will never leave the company since they must know in the back of their mind - they wouldn't survive in a real job. It's not about the quality it's about the quantity i.e., producing mind-numbing packs with such useless information it would make your eyes bleed. And these employees do not have technical skills - so the crux of it is... DTE is a big-time enabler and does not confront problem employees. And heavens forbid if you bring up problem employees to mgmt - they do not want to hear - gently pat you on your head and send you on your way.
