      Pros

      They always work hard to make sure everyone is safe, but they have stepped it up during the pandemic. Everyone who can work from home is right now, and they are working on figuring out who needs to come back and why so that we can continue to keep everyone safe.

      Cons

      Before the pandemic, there was a lot of resistance to technology. But now they have been forced to adapt to remote working. It has been a bit slow because so many people in the company are new to technology and resistant to change, but I've seen great strides since March 2020!

      Pros

      401k is really good. They contribute an initial 4$, then 100% match first 4%, then 50% match the next 4%. hybrid work, people.

      Cons

      sometimes work life balance can be tough. Public does not like the company. Required to do feild work as an office worker when storms hit service territory.
