Pros

Good pay, that is it.

Cons

Too many to list! You are just a number as in all mega companies. They are cheap like you wouldn't believe, unless it is wasting money on stupid projects that guys with experience tell them (correctly) won't work, or giving money to their pet charities. It is run by a bunch of tree hugging leftists from Detroit, "a house divided against itself cannot stand...." comes to mind. The HR department is ate up like a soup sandwich, they even have a third party HR company to help them but that just makes you bounce between them and the insurance provider, all of them playing hot potato with you till you figure out the issue yourself. They have some cubicle dweller in an office somewhere who has never been in the field, outfit all the trucks the same, it takes forever and they come with a bunch of junk that we neither want nor need. So first thing we do is pull all the junk off the truck and throw it in a pile in the yard to rust and go to waste. They are more worried about preaching woke politics than anything else. This place is a clown show. I am just scratching the surface here. Don't just walk away, RUN, NO SPRINT, sprint like your life depends on it. I'll never work for this rolling train wreck of a company again.

Pros

As much as this company allows you to learn, use this opportunity for experience and for your resume so you can move on to better things.

Cons

Lots of micromanaging and also unfairness. Overwhlemed with work and training and bosses believe we got the time for all of it. They give certain people, usually the new employees, do more than their job title asked for because they don't trust them or because they take advantage. Older employees don't need to do such training because they are relatives. Severely underpaid and management believes getting a promotion with little pay and more overtime makes up for your title. Management believes they are better than you and don't like being at fault and give the most outlandish excuse for any problems that arise.
