8yThank you for your review! We have been working on communication challenges and hope that now you feel that we've had more info available to all employees on a more frequent basis. This is of course something we will continue to work on and make even better as we get further along in our transformation to DTN!
We are working on creating a whole new onboarding program with lots of training for new hires. We are also looking in to more frequent training for current employees as well!
