Constant Churn - Decline to Disclose DTN Employee Review

It used to be a great place to work. That changed when the company did a massive reorg a few years ago. Pay is not in line with the work being done. Similar roles outside of the company pay significantly more. Multiple instances of one person being the only one who knows a job. Management has grand plans to train, but when one step in the plan changes, the entire thing falls apart. Management is constantly changing. I don't even bother remembering who I roll up to more than 2 levels. It will change in a few months anyway. Lastly, there is little to no room for career advancement. Why don't I leave? Because I have unlimited PTO and WFH. I am starting to look outside though.
