Not what I thought it would be - Full-Time DTN Employee Review

Too many levels of leadership and not enough “worker-bees.” Leadership not open to new view points or perspectives unless from their peers or above -every action/communication must be perfectly curated for leadership based on their individual opinions, even if you can support another approach that might prove better for business. No opportunity or advancement plans exist. No women on the senior leadership team and very few in leadership in general.
