Pros

Unlimited PTO and they don't block out time.

Cons

The company has been reorged so many times that they continue to hurt processes and lose people who know the business. Valuable parts of the business are being bled dry while they invest in 'innovations' that are not going anywhere. Management is out of touch and praise underperformers while ignoring valid concerns and ideas. Customer Support is little more than switchboard operators that constantly put pressure on other departments to do work that should live within support. Upper management is unethical and work in a vacuum buddy system.

My manager and product owner were really great at understanding the technology and the possible outcomes.

Cons

The pay is not as competitive as other mid-level companies.

Good selection of benefits. Work with a bunch of good people who have stayed for a long time.

Cons

Not a lot of advancement opportunity due to people staying for so long.
