Pros
I have met a few amazing people that have turned into life long friends. The company is deplorable enough that it's taught me what I'm worth, the questions to ask in interviews, what to look for in insurance etc. There are no real professional pros to Dumac unfortunately.
Cons
You aren't allowed to have an opinion Managers are generally too busy taking calls to function as managers. 401k is an absolute joke Insurance is laughable at best No sick time that's rolled into your vacation time Executives are condisending when they speak to you They tell you it's an open door policy when it's not If there is severe winter weather such as road closures you better make a bed under your desk to sleep at because they don't release employees early under no circumstances. A dollar is worth more than the life of an employee. The parking spaces are too crowded and there are common accidents due to it Below average pay for the job fields Low employee moral due to employees being over worked and burnt out. No trainings No advancements McDonald's is a better company to work for.
