Pros

Most of the employees are great we have each other to vent to or get help from. Except the ones who have attitudes and don't want to help at all. They are favored so they get away with everything.

Cons

The management is horrible, they talk poorly about the employees. They show no appreciation at all or have any type of leadership skills. They care about numbers that don't show anything unless you're answering the phone quickly, not the type of calls or quality of work. The director is a sexist bully who only cares about call times and being right. There's no communication at all. Its hard to keep up because of the amount of calls and not enough of us. You only have about one or two people available for help if you get stuck on something, the rest are too busy or extremely rude. We only have one supervisor left in our office. He's a great guy but you won't see much of him unless you go back to his area which why bother. The other supervisor that actually said thank you and made us feel cared about got fired. Don't ask why or you're next. You can't trust HR at all, they are just as bad as the management. They lack compassion and could care less about you.

Pros

My coworkers are great. We have each other's backs and work together well. I love my job and what I do. Have had the flexibility to work from home or come into the office as needed.

Cons

The people higher than the managers and the owners. Company has had good flexibility about work location for the past 6 years. Suddenly bought a new building so now arbitarily decided everyone has to come back to the office. It's all about control and butts in seats. Company can't afford to lose more people but I suspect they will over this bone-headed move.
