-Full Time -Part Time -Flexible schedule/you create your own schedule -PTO -In office/clinic, schools, house, and remote positions -Friendly staff -Good support system -manageable workload -Amazing co-workers -Amazing clients -Safe office environment -Owners are supportive and helpful

Cons

-LA traffic (can be a hard commute if you live 15+ miles away-car is required) -Building need remodeling as the current excessive rain has damaged a few parts of entire building. -parking is limited

I love the flexibility of hours and how accommodating the therapists and admin team are to support your needs.

Pros

The company has a really positive and supportive work environment. Supervisors are approachable and always willing to help, which made me feel supported in my role. One of the best parts of working here was the people, the co-workers are amazing, collaborative, and always willing to share ideas and support one another.

Cons

The main downsides are the 9–6 work schedule and very few paid holidays throughout the year.
