      The other therapists and clients are amazing

      Cons

      The company doesn’t allow breaks. You only get 3 sick days, no vacation time. You don’t get collaboration time, there’s no doc time. They don’t pay you for cancellations but expect you to wait for 20 min to see if the client comes… unpaid! Company is being sued for illegal work conditions. They also exposed clients to mold and kept telling therapists to not say anything. Therapists were getting sick from the mold exposure

      I love the flexibility of hours and how accommodating the therapists and admin team are to support your needs.

      Pros

      The company has a really positive and supportive work environment. Supervisors are approachable and always willing to help, which made me feel supported in my role. One of the best parts of working here was the people, the co-workers are amazing, collaborative, and always willing to share ideas and support one another.

      Cons

      The main downsides are the 9–6 work schedule and very few paid holidays throughout the year.
