Two so called US return (1 from sales and 1 from Tech) people running the worst show ever. One is brainless and the other one is shameless. Together they form a useless company. This company is a political venture and not a IT company. Absolutely No Money in this company. And the so called useless Sales Head keep saying that your salary will come today tomorrow shamelessly without a hint of shame on his face. From Nov Dec(2018) salary is not given till date. PF is not put to accounts. They have utilized employees PF deductions for their purpose and acting like idiots(had better word to use but I can't use it here). Emoplyees are harassed and made to put down papers on immediate basis. Girls are given mental torture by reporting managers. The purpose of this company is not to build a product or sell the product. Their purpose is to interfere in employees personal life. There are only personal attracts on employees. To boost the senior members ego, there are few fat dirty stinky mindless and brainless employees who do the work of drivers, cleaners, personal info collectors of employees... In short, they do all sort of low and cheap work and have become certified slaves to founder category people. And then name it as Real Managers.lol. Now the company is all set to run away from the Karle location and may be they will change the name of the Company also. Because this company cannot do anything with the amount of court cases running on them. The worst sales strategies are found by this company. Absolutely rubbish and non logical strategies. The plans are that bad. That shows the senior people capability. Product is good but then please replace the sales team along with head. May be this product can survive and do well. Pay the salary first and then dictate. No one is working for free idiots. Realise that. Keep your guntur attitude with yourself. It takes just a min to show your places. People are being good to you and it is not the other way round. So stop showing off. You just have to put your head down and walk in office. Because you are slaves to Employees and not the employees being your slaves. Stop flying and come down to earth. No is fools to be lives your stories. We all know your level and capability Mr. Stop your stories in. Bangalore office and do some real sales. Story teller, end the games and resign. Many might come up if u give up.
