Dishonorable and Deplorable working atmosphere - Recruiter DW Simpson & Company Employee Review

We are sorry to read this review; however, it is actually a bit suspicious. First, one of the core competencies we hire for is written communication. This does not seem like a DWS employee’s writing – there are too many grammatical and spelling errors. Second, the average tenure of our staff is 12 years. There is no way we’d be able to achieve that tenure, nor would we have the stellar reputation that we do in our market, if our environment was as this writer describes. Third, our employees know that in order to fix an issue, you must first address the issue in a positive and constructive manner. This writer is just hurling insults. That doesn’t sound like a DWS employee at all. Lastly, while any professional recruiter’s success is in fact dependent upon being available outside of core business hours, not one of our employees is still sitting at their desks after about 5:30 pm on any weekday. We truly value a work/life balance here and offer many ways to achieve it. So, overall, this review doesn’t align with our employees’ (or former employees’) core values and competencies, and therefore seems quite suspicious. But, if it is a real review, we are truly sorry to hear it and wish this person would have addressed their feelings long before they left our firm. We would have been very keen to discuss all of his or her concerns in a mature and businesslike manner.
