Pros
Uncapped commission structure, hands on management team, young/growing company. I have been with DYL for less than a year, and have been in sales for over 5 years. As someone who has seen a lot of different environments, it's nice to work with motivated people who work hard and actually care for you/your success. The company is easy to believe in, makes selling the product a breeze. The system itself really is unbeatable. If you take initiative here, you really do control your career path.
Cons
Not a con to me, but it is a real startup type atmosphere. No fancy benefits, no free lunch, not many snacks.. or other things companies will offer because they don't pay enough!! Make real money, and you aren't too worried about those things! But there is some snacks, coffee, and a ping pong table! Its all coming!
