Pros

-Friendly managers, accommodating paid 2 week training. $1000 first week, $1250 second. Lots of potential if you have leads, at least 10 per week -Wages 72k-180k (if your getting leads-you manager has favorites but you'll preform if your able)

Cons

-Hours are 9-9 M-Sat. you'll drive 30k miles a year in your own car. -Warm leads are weak at best, half aren't home. Canvas teams need work. -Sign on bonus is $330 weekly, in order to get the full 6k bonus it would take about a half year. Not enough of a safety net for a starting out in a full commission job IMO. -Need to buy your own iPad and keyboard immediately-no loaners, -Need to buy your own uniforms you'll be lucky to get a decent shirt

Pros

Unlimited Income potential, Paid training provided, Support & Growth opportunities. Never having done a sales position before, the training and support I have received has been instrumental to my own success here. The growth plan has helped me move forward with my career, and I am grateful for the help I have had to bring me to where I am today. I am excited about future opportunities I have with the company. The ability to provide for my family by helping homeowners take care of their home, and also training and mentoring others to take control of their income and help others provides extreme fulfillment for me.

Cons

Success is dependent on your effort. If you are willing to work harder than others, you will be more successful than others. It is a beautiful system, but if you are not willing to put in the effort most likely this is not the role for you. This job is an amazing opportunity for the right people, people who want to work hard, who have drive and want to be successful.

Pros

They offer exactly what they say, World Class Training -Earnings are 100% on you and how well you follow the process you have been taught, PRACTICE, REFINE, EXPERIMENT, & Level up EQ/Listening.

Cons

Be ready for horrible unqualified leads (you are responsible for making something out of nothing). Must know yourself and your weaknesses, and challenge them. 18hour days, driving 4+ hours a day, and going without food/living on breakfast bars are common.
