There is a lecture every morning with a little bit of good advice under the pretense of "training". If you're ok with high pressure sales, this is the place for you. If you like driving 2 hours to your appointments, you'll love this place.
Cons
The whole culture is built on greed. The business model is basically putting the cost of doing business onto the individual but your success feeds 8 layers of management. They don't reimburse you for gas and you'll be a fully commission employee with no base salary. This is the only place I've ever had to buy my own uniforms. Pitch the highest price you can get and then work your way down and stay in the house till the cops are called on you. The most toxic work environment I've ever been a part of. High pressure sales tactics are not only praised but taught as the norm. Overpriced products and the leads they feed you are generally people with low credit and no extra money to spend.
