I started working here, 5 years ago. Never have I worked for a company that truly cares about its people and treats us like true family. Nissa is an inspiration to watch and work for. she is a true example of a Leader and Team member. The company has grown tremendously over 5 years. People in the State of Oregon wanted Higher wages, PTO, as well as benefits. Well here at DaBella, that is what we have. Every person here makes amazing wages and has great benefits. the camaraderie between the departments is amazing. The caring Co-workers that recognize everyone here, excellent pay and an outstanding growth potential the company offers. Because of my particular position with the company I have to be available 24/7, however I chose that not DaBella. I urge anyone wanting a life changing experience, and willing to put in the work then please contact us.

too far away from my house. 1 1/2 hours drive from my house each way. But totally worth the drive.
