Pros

ACH Cheap healthcare premiums coworkers are nice

Cons

Poor leadership/direction/culture emphasis on sales first, figure the rest out later. This attitude puts tremendous stress on production. Everyone is terrified of the owner tremendous nepotism ZERO upward mobility HIGH turnover. I only saw three people get promoted. One was promoted because they threatened to leave for a new job, the second was the sister in law of the owner. The third was promoted on merit, however, was thrown under the bus for an issue with customer financial paperwork and terminated. Leadership will not have your back here, everyone here is a shark. An expectation to work more than 40hrs/wk

Pros

Unlimited Income potential, Paid training provided, Support & Growth opportunities. Never having done a sales position before, the training and support I have received has been instrumental to my own success here. The growth plan has helped me move forward with my career, and I am grateful for the help I have had to bring me to where I am today. I am excited about future opportunities I have with the company. The ability to provide for my family by helping homeowners take care of their home, and also training and mentoring others to take control of their income and help others provides extreme fulfillment for me.

Cons

Success is dependent on your effort. If you are willing to work harder than others, you will be more successful than others. It is a beautiful system, but if you are not willing to put in the effort most likely this is not the role for you. This job is an amazing opportunity for the right people, people who want to work hard, who have drive and want to be successful.
