Pros

Exposure to healthcare Some frontline staff are friendly and supportive. Paid time off was reasonable.

Cons

The company constantly repeats the phrase "All for one", which sounds great in theory but feels completely hollow in practice. It's used more like a branding slogan than a genuine cultural value. Daily huddles and meetings felt forced and awkward, seemingly done for show rather than for building real team cohesion. Management acts differently in group settings versus one-to-one interactions- polite in public, but dismissive, micromanaging, and overly critical in private. Priorities are often unclear. Tasks are pushed down without context, support, or development opportunities. There is little interest in helping you grow - it’s all about output. Feedback is one-sided - criticism is loud and frequent, but appreciation is almost non-existent. You are held accountable for delays even when blockers are external or outside your control. It often felt like gaslighting. Process was disorganized, with shifting expectations and vague feedback until the very end.

Pros

Stable company to work for with great benefits. DaVita offers tuition reimbursement, so it pays to go back to school and get a degree. They also help with career advancement and development.

Cons

If you are new to dialysis, it may take a while to reach a decent wage. You are required to work 12 hour shifts, mostly on your feet, and managers will always look to add to your workload.

Pros

Depending on location and your clinic, leadership team is incredibly supportive, which keeps the day-to-day work environment relatively stress-free. Having the independence to manage your own scheduling also allows for an excellent work-life balance.

Cons

The initial onboarding and training programs are highly disorganized and lack substance. Additionally, standard pay raises are quite low and do not feel competitive relative to the workload and current market value.
