Pros
The Culture, the people I work with(for the most part), Stable environment. Healthcare package is reasonably priced. It's a laid back fun place to work.
Cons
Benefits package not very competitive, salary is less than average, health benefits coverage stinks, no matching 401k, as with most places the political machine is alive and well. Because of the weak pay, they lose out on talented people. - average is accepted as great. Most of the people in lower leadership positions have no clue what they are doing.
