Cons
Upper and mid level management are focused on profit, how to meet budget. However, there still seems to be adequate funds for large national meetings. This company claims to strive for the best for its patients, but the fact is most clinics in my region are inadequately staffed. The RN becomes responsible for picking up the slack which then limits their ability to perform their own duties. Mid management is punitive in the way they deal with issues- "do it or else" approach is common. Within the last few years it has become near impossible to hire experienced, knowledgeable managers to run facilities because of the reputation the company has earned. This created chaos. Overall it is a very stressful environment to work in.
