Pros
Work can be challenging but this makes it more interesting. Remote work environment. Smart and capable co-workers. Room for advancement. There is a focus on culture and leadership accepts feedback. Always looking for ways to improve.
Cons
Pay is lower than you'd expect but Talent Acquisition salaries are all over the place in this industry. The benefits are fair but not great. Sometimes it feel like TA and Ops are not partners and we aren't respected for our expertise. Decisions are made with consulting or adequately rolling-out changes which creates a difficult environment to implement change with your teams. Main focus is production and it can be difficult to balance burnout and results with recruiters.
