Pros
Good pay, patient-centered, lots of focus on professional growth, and budgets for employee morale boost.
Cons
Often understaffed. Too many Facility & Regional leaders are handcuffed by divisional management. Poorly qualified leaders are hired d/t lower cost than paying for experienced individuals (i.e. hiring retail managers to run healthcare facilities).
