Love the challenges I get to work on and helping customers understand what all the data really means for them specifically.

Cons

not much to complain about they supply snack and drinks, Mac Pro, and wonderful office location.

Unlimited PTO is a nice benefit

Cons

This place is a mess. All of the employees who know the product have left, excluding the former CEO. The company has secured additional funding but as a result has a board that has taken the steering wheel. Culture is terrible, people are not helpful. Slacks take forever to be answered, customers hate the product, and now there is an abundance of people who can document and escalate problems and a shortage of people who can actually solve them.
