Pros
Company culture! Everyone I work with is a great person. Not only are they smart, they are fun, interesting, empathetic, and just awesome to be around. I love logging into work everyday and I am constantly challenge and empowered with new tasks. I am compensated fairly and I love that I have flexible hours and work from home. I see the direct impact of my work everyday and am appreciated for my efforts. It feels awesome to be part of a fast-paced, thriving team and company. I couldn't ask for more.
Cons
We are growing rapidly and the only con is that we are still working out some processes. This is also a positive, as we have the power to affect policy and processes and not everything is set in stone. Our voices are heard and we have a forum where we can share our thoughts and ideas.
